Quebec City based sextet with a penchant for powerful, doomy vibes. Formed over a mutual appreciation of Sabbath, Kyuss and Pentagram, 'First Trip' also displays a strong Alice In Chains influence especially on closing numbers 'Brazen Bull' and the brilliant orchestral-laden 'Crooked Lake'. For a debut offering, this a strong statement, 'Damn Judas' and 'Done and Gone' highlight the accomplished songwriting and instrumental ability of the band. Out in 2016, it must be time for the Second Trip.
